In 2015, after an illustrious military career, John transitioned to the world of house flipping, drawing inspiration from his grandfather's extensive 20-year involvement in the industry. Groundfloor's pivotal financing played a crucial role in kickstarting his entrepreneurial journey.

With four years of hands-on experience and a track record of numerous successful projects, John Constantine has become synonymous with creating dream homes, generating employment opportunities, and revitalizing neighborhoods. His unwavering commitment is deeply rooted in the principles of karma and making a positive impact on the community.

Notably, in 2020, John ventured into the world of NFTs, exploring new avenues for growth and impact.

With over 17 years of professional experience, Dayle Feliciano is a versatile expert in graphic design and software development. He's a pioneer in mobile game and app creation, with an impressive 11 years of experience in software development, including over 20 successful projects. Dayle follows Design Thinking principles, excelling in everything from artwork to corporate branding.

As an accomplished entrepreneur, he's founded and grown startups, including Openovate Labs, acquired by the Sterling Paper Group of Companies in 2017. Dayle also serves as the COO of Vimmix Billboards Corporation, an outdoor advertising firm.

Beyond his technical expertise, he's a prolific author, a sought-after leadership seminar speaker, and a skilled life coach, with 5 years of experience in leadership seminars and 3 years in life coaching. Dayle's talents encompass creative design, relationship building, team leadership, and group facilitation, making him a true standout in his field.
